Hollywood smile is not joke.
Found some information on the hollywood smile. This all about having perfect teeth, it used to be a running joke that the british had such bad teeth but it was mainly because the hollywood comparison was so stark, no one has teeth which look like that naturally. Things have improved recently as people have realised what a difference it makes.

Stop smoking, easily said, not so easy to do but this will make you live longer, also the effects of smoking are not completely permanent so if you stop now it will have an effect.
